HR Coordinator
Adelsen, is currently seeking a proactive and organized Temporary HR Coordinator for our client in the vibrant Retail sector. Located in the heart of Calgary, our client is a fast-growing retail chain known for its commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.
- Provide support in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
