Customer Success Specialist
We’re collaborating with a leading eCommerce platform, a trailblazer in the digital commerce space, to locate a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Designer.
As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of creating intuitive, impactful, and delightful user experiences. You will craft interfaces that seamlessly bridge the gap between the brand and its vast user base, ensuring shopping experiences that are both efficient and engaging.
- Design Thinking: Lead ideation sessions, conduct user research, and employ design thinking methodologies to craft user-centric solutions.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test your design ideas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling, actionable experiences.
- Feedback Incorporation: Utilize user feedback, usability tests, and performance metrics to iterate and refine designs.
- Branding: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s identity, voice, and objectives, maintaining consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Stay Updated: Monitor design and eCommerce trends, ensuring the platform stays current and competitive.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly those centered on eCommerce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
