- Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, and improvements, liaising with contractors and vendors.
- Collect rents, manage lease agreements, and ensure compliance with all local and federal laws.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and operating forecasts.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and recommend improvements.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.

- Fluency in both English and French is required.
